We asked for a early check in at 3 instead of 4. I text the host and she said that would be fine. When we got there they were still cleaning and said they wouldn't been done until 4. Kitchen was clean no water pressure in the sink and faucet was loose.

We had a fantastic time. Getting out of scottsdale weather. Place was charming and clean. It is close to the lakes, stores and restaurants. I would stay again. Thanks for everything.

It was great, got some deferred maintenance there, the dryer was full of wet clothes when we arrived, kitchen floor was dirty (sticky), but overall, the great beds, the space size and the great back yard fully justify a return reservation next year, especially since you offer a 10% discount by booking directly. The inside of the property was cleaned very well by the cleaning staff. Things that were out of control of the staff were stained furniture, ripped rugs, outdoor furniture was a complete disaster. Extremely low water pressure in the kitchen faucet. The pictures of this property when listed were apparently when the furniture was clean and newer. These items should immediately be replaced by the owner, I’ve attached some pictures for your viewing.
